Happy New Year from all of us at ROTI!

As we reflect on the past year, we are grateful for every Partner, Volunteers, and Stakeholders who stood with us through the past year. Your Trust, Support, and Shared belief in our mission continue to make our work meaningful and impactful.

Through your support, In 2025 we recorded key milestones that strengthened ROTI'S Foundation and Credibility.

We successfully completed the Registration of ROTI with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and obtained our EFCC SCUML Certificate, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance.

We also executed our Back-to-School Initiative, providing essential learning materials to support pupils and ease educational challenges within our community.

These achievements were made possible through collective effort, shared vision, and unwavering support.

As we step into this new year 2026, we are filled with commitment, clarity and a hope that is renewed. We have extraordinary focus and key priorities for this year and they will be shared with our broader team in the coming weeks.

As we look ahead, we are excited about the journey before us and warmly invite partners, volunteers, and well-meaning individuals who believe in impact-driven service to join ROTI as we continue to build, serve, and transform lives.

Theme: The girl I am, the change I lead: Girls on the frontlines of crisis

On this October 11, the Reachout and Transform Initiative (ROTI) proudly joins the global community in marking the International Day of the Girl Child 2025.

This year’s theme “The girl I am, the change I lead: Girls on the frontlines of crisis”; highlights the courage, leadership, and resilience of girls who continue to rise above barriers, lead change, and inspire hope even in the most challenging circumstances.

At ROTI, we believe that empowering the girl child is not an isolated goal but a vital part of our broader vision to empower lives and make dreams reality. When a girl is educated, healthy, and confident, she becomes a beacon of transformation; influencing families, communities, and generations to come.

While our initiatives serve all young people regardless of gender, we remain intentional about ensuring that girls benefit equitably and meaningfully from every program we deliver, including:

➡️Back2School Initiative: Reintegrating out-of-school children and promoting access to quality foundational education for all.

➡️eduSUP (Education Support): Providing academic assistance, mentorship, and guidance for less-privileged young people to advance in learning.

➡️Project getSKILLED: Equipping youths with relevant vocational and technical skills for self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.

➡️Beyond Ideas (BID) and Project Inspire: Nurturing the creativity, innovation, and leadership capacity of young people, including girls, and helping them actualize their dreams.

Today, we reaffirm our commitment to continue building inclusive, supportive environments where every child; especially the girl child, can learn, lead, and thrive.
