Celebrating a Life of Faith and Service: Apostle Joshua Goodname's 61st Birthday

Glorious Salvation Bible Church came alive with joy and celebration as Apostle Joshua Goodname, the church's founder, marked a significant milestone - his 61st birthday. The event drew a diverse gathering of esteemed religious leaders, captains of industry, friends, family members, and well-wishers.

The celebration featured a range of activities, including:

- Engaging performances by the children
- Heartfelt goodwill messages
- Uplifting musical performances by the Blazing Men Choir, The Pool of Bethesda Choir, GSBC Mass Choir, and other talented groups

The Guest minister Rev. Cookey delivered a powerful sermon, drawing from Isaiah 46:9 and Psalms. He encouraged Apostle Joshua Goodname to reflect on his victories and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to minister on this special occasion.

Pastor Cletus Desmond, General Overseer of Redemption Ministries, offered a heartfelt prayer for the celebrant. The festivities continued with the symbolic cutting of the cake and a toast.

Apostle Joshua Goodname expressed his sincere gratitude to the guests for celebrating with him and prayed for everyone's well-being.

Abigail Asisi Foundation: Spreading Joy and Support

Abigail Asisi Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to bringing smiles to people's faces, has been making a significant impact in the community. Over the years, the foundation has touched over a thousand lives through its charity outreach programs, focusing on skills development, supporting widows, and empowering the less privileged.

*Easter Outreach Program*

In celebration of Easter, Abigail Asisi Foundation embarked on a special outreach program. On Sunday, April 20, 2025, the foundation distributed food items to widows, bringing joy and hope to those in need. The following day, April 21, 2025, the foundation continued its outreach efforts, distributing:

- Bags of rice and cash gifts to the home of the disabled
- Cartons of noodles to the orphanage
- Food items to the Remand Home Naval Base in town

*A Call to Action*

During her speech, the founder expressed her gratitude to her supporters and joy at the successful turnout. She also took the opportunity to appeal to kind-hearted Nigerians to support the foundation in its mission to reach out to the less privileged in society. By joining hands, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
