On behalf of the entire Eleme Battalion Council, we celebrate a rare gem, an exceptional leader and a virtuous woman - our dear Chairman, Chief Lady Goda Chu, ABH.

Today we celebrate not just your birth, but your life of impact, service, sacrifice and unwavering dedication to the Boys' Brigade, Eleme Battalion Council and to humanity at large.

You have led with wisdom, with grace, and with the heart of a mother. You have shown us what true leadership is, firm yet compassionate, strong yet humble. Under your leadership, Eleme Battalion Council has continued to grow from strength to strength.

Your commitment to the advancement of the Kingdom's work and your motherly love for all Officers and Boys cannot be overemphasized. You are indeed a blessing to this Battalion.

On this special day, we pray that the good Lord will bless you abundantly, grant you long life in good health, more wisdom, peace, and joy. May your new age be filled with greater achievements and divine favour.

A beautiful gathering of fellowship, learning and empowerment under the theme β€œDaughters of the King, Officers of Influence.”

We were blessed by our speakers, Mrs. Nyimenka Chu Okazu, Mrs. Gbenebia Roselyn Wilson, and Anemikaye Anne Tamunoibime, Capt., Vice Chairlady, RSC LOF.

The occasion was also graced by Captain Amos Olungweowi representing the Secretary of Council, alongside Captain Hamilton Obo of the 19th Eleme COY, Lt. Godwin Dii Nchoonei; Council PRO, and Capt. Obo Douglas the host Captain.

THE BB LESSON THAT STILL GUIDES YOU TODAY

Years may have passed since you first wore the Boys' Brigade uniform, but some lessons never fade.

Perhaps it was the value of discipline.
Perhaps it was punctuality, leadership, service, teamwork, or a deeper faith in God.

The camps may be over.
The parades may now be memories.
The uniforms may no longer fit.

But the principles and values of the Brigade continue to guide many of us in our daily lives, careers, families, churches, and communities.
