Over the weekend, the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt Mid-Town had its annual club retreat at Uyo. Upon arrival on Friday 22nd March, we had a joint fellowship with the Rotary club of Uyo. It was a time to broaden our boundaries of friendship and fellowship.

The next day, Saturday, 23rd March, the retreat was declared open by the club president, Rtn. Peter Okoro. The retreat featured Discussions, Club strategic plan, Breakout sessions and induction of a new member.

It was another opportunity to reminisce on our struggles and gains. It can only get better.

While the retreat was going on, we received notification of our presidential citation. Also, Rtn. Olufunke Babalola made payment of a thousand dollars to The Rotary Foundation - another PHF bagged.

RC PH Mid-Town - we are not there yet but definitely not where we used to be. Watch out for us.
