"Don't normalize what isn't normal"

Women should not dismiss symptoms such as:

Heavy menstrual bleeding
Severe period pain
Pelvic pressure
Fatigue from anemia
Pain during s*x
Frequent urination

These symptoms may indicate fibroids or another gynecological condition and deserve medical evaluation rather than being accepted as "normal."

Early diagnosis and appropriate care can make a significant difference.
