FINAL DEMAND TO ATTEND MEETING
This serves as our last and final notice demanding your presence at a crucial meeting with the Chief Emmanuel Osaro Danwi Family, slated for:
- Date: Saturday, August 9, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM prompt
- Venue: Port Harcourt
You are required to attend this meeting as part of the Church leadership to resolve the protracted dispute regarding the land transaction. Failure to attend this meeting will be taken as a deliberate and wilful refusal to comply with the Terms of Settlement (ToS) adopted by the Honorable Court.
As outlined in the ToS, specifically paragraph f(v), the Deeper Christian Life Ministry Lagos is required to meet with the Chief Emmanuel Osaro Danwi Family for the purpose of executing a fresh Deed of Conveyance. This fundamental pre-conditional clause, the foundation of any CONSENT JUDGEMENT is yet to be FULLY FULFILLED by the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, DCLM Eleme as the church continues to play games with the family.
We expect Barr. Kennedy Blue-Jack, Secretary of the Archbishop Moses Kattey-led Peace Panel, to attend with prepared original and fair copies of the said fresh Deed of Conveyance pursuant to the express directive of the High Court of Justice for family consideration, agreement, and possible ex*****on.
CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Failure to honor this LAST AND FINAL DEMAND to attend this meeting will lead to the immediate revocation and termination of the inchoate transaction, with all legal , Customary and traditional consequences flowing therefrom.

Dear Pastor Ordu,
Warm greetings to you in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
At the behest, on behalf of and at the instance of the 1st Son, Family Head, and Traditional/Customary and Legal Administrator of the Estate of Late Chief Emmanuel Osaro Danwi, we respectfully extend this formal invitation to a very crucial meeting with the Deeper Christian Life Ministry Lagos, through your leadership as the Region Overseer (RO) of Eleme Region.
This meeting is a direct consequence and in furtherance of the deliberations held on May 9, 2025, which itself followed an earlier meeting convened on June 24, 2024. Grave, collateral, and consequential matters arising from both sessions have necessitated an internal family meeting, the outcome of which has now occasioned this important invitation.

5. Three other senior pastors or elders of the church who are known to be independent, dispassionate, unbiased, and unwavering
6. Barr. Kennedy Blue-Jack, Secretary of the Archbishop Moses Kattey-led Peace Panel
In line with paragraph f (v) of the Terms of Settlement (ToS), adopted by the Honorable Court as a fundamental pre conditional clause which must be fulfilled as condition precedent to have the Terms of Settlement ToS entered as a Consent Judgment in Suit Nos: NHC/31/2009 and the very questionable and fraudulently procured NHC/17/CS/2024, the Deeper Christian Life Ministry Lagos is hereby required to _URGENTLY_ meet with the Chief Emmanuel Osaro Danwi Family for the purpose of executing a fresh DEED OF CONVEYANCE.
We respectfully request that Barr. Kennedy Blue-Jack attends with prepared original and fair copies of the said fresh Deed of Conveyance for family consideration, agreement, and possible ex*****on.
This meeting is of utmost importance, and the Family expects full regard and respectful compliance from the Church leadership. The peaceful resolution of this matter, in line with spiritual, customary, and legal expectations, is our collective goal, and we trust in your commitment to the same.
