BREAKING: Rivers State Administrator, Ibok-Ete Ibas approves the recruitment of 10,000 qualified graduates and non graduates into the Rivers State civil service.

Suspended Governor Fubara had earlier cancelled the 10,000 jobs in the State Civil Service approved by his predecessor, Nyesom Wike, saying a fresh recruitment process would be carried out.

Before leaving office, Governor Wike approved the immediate employment of a significant number of youths to fill existing vacancies in the state’s workforce.

The Federal Government of Nigeria will soon launch a N300 billion Graduate Entrepreneurship Fund to help young graduates start their own businesses. This was announced on Friday by the Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, during the 28th Convocation Lecture of Lagos State University (LASU) in Ojo, Lagos.

Traditional rulers without foundation focus on less privileged.
Local Govt chairman without a single scholarship offer for students, no vocational training no community welfare or inclusiveness.
You failed us, you failed the youth.

Election is around the corner, students comrade will sell his people for token, reach compromise jus for a temporary appointment.

It is a shame to all Educated Youth out there….

Today, we have the privilege of sharing an incredible piece of news that brings joy and pride to our community. One of our cherished leaders, a beacon of inspiration and resilience to us all, has been blessed with the birth of a bouncing baby boy!_

_This wonderful addition marks a new chapter not only for their family but also serves as a reminder of the blessings and potential we celebrate within our forum. We congratulate our beloved leader—referred to with fondness as Omo Oya Iya Kumi—on this joyful occasion. The birth of a child is a testament to hope, legacy, and the continuity of values we all strive to uphold within the Oyo Youth Elite Forum._

We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved Hon. Eesuola Hammed Babatunde, former member of Atiba House of Assembly, Offa Meta, Oyo.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to you during this difficult time. May the fond memories of his life, legacy, and contributions to the community bring you comfort.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.

The burial ceremony today at 4 pm at his residence in College Area, Agunpopo, Oyo, will be a celebration of his life and achievements.
