KAF IDSDP AWARDS 2026⭐🌠⭐

We haven’t really told you how IDSDP 2026 ended, have we? Well, let’s take you back!

The 4th edition of our annual International Day of Sport for Development and Peace (IDSDP) was a memorable one. After weeks of writing, learning, drawing, and creating, we finally brought it all together for the closing ceremony and award presentation.

We gathered the students, school representatives, and stakeholders to reflect on the journey, celebrate the students’ efforts, and of course, recognise those who stood out.

At the ceremony, the Foundation reinforced its commitment to empowering young people through education, and sports for peace and development, remains a core part of this.

Out of the 201 applications which we received this year, which eventually led to 55 finalists, the following students made the top 10 of the KAF IDSDP AWARDS 2026:

2. Adelakin Hebron - Loyola College, Ibadan

3. Adetayo Elizabeth - Baptist Secondary Grammar School Ago-Are

4. Ayoola Kehinde - Queen's School, Apata

5. Annanfi Imon - Baptist Secondary Grammar School, Oke - Ado.

6. Ologe Dorcas - Oluyole Extension High School.

7. Oluwole Marvelous - Baptist Secondary Grammar School Ago-Are

8. Tvav Purity Msendo - Awotan Araromi Community High School, Apete, Ibadan

9. Durojaye Solution - Government College Ibadan (and)

10. Abe Samuel - Methodist Grammar School, Bodija.

Every year, we’re reminded of just how much young people have to offer when they’re given the opportunity to think, create, and engage with issues that matter. We’re proud of what these students have put forward, and we look forward to following & supporting their growth, and seeing the impact they go on to make in their communities and beyond.

We thank our partners SkillNg & E-Tutors Ng for their continued collaboration, as well as schools across Oyo State that submitted entries for KAF IDSDP 2026.
