FUOYE Red Cross Celebrates the International Day of the Girl Child 2025!🎊❤️

In commemoration of the International Day of the Girl Child 2025, the Nigerian Red Cross Society, FUOYE Detachment held an inspiring outreach on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Ekiti State Government College, Oye-Ekiti.

With the theme “The Girl I Am, The Change I Lead: Girls on the Frontline of Crisis,” the program aimed to celebrate the strength, resilience, and leadership potential of every girl child, while emphasizing their crucial role in shaping a better and more inclusive society.

The outreach featured interactive sessions, engaging discussions, and empowering talks centered on self-worth, leadership, health awareness, and personal development. Members of the Detachment used the platform to inspire the young girls to embrace confidence, pursue education, and become active agents of change in their communities.✊❤️
