We warmly felicitate with all Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha and also celebrate all children on this special Children’s Day celebration.

Eid-ul-Adha teaches us the virtues of faith, sacrifice, love, obedience, and compassion. As we mark this sacred celebration, may Almighty Allah accept our prayers and sacrifices, bless our homes with peace, happiness, and continued progress.

As we celebrate Children’s Day today, we pray for God’s protection, wisdom, good health, and bright futures for every child in Nigeria and across the world. May our children continue to grow in knowledge, excellence, discipline, and peace, and may they become great leaders who will positively transform society.

At the same time, we celebrate our dear children, who remain the hope and future of our society. Every child deserves love, protection, quality education, and a safe environment to grow and fulfill their dreams.

As an organization committed to community development and youth advancement, Federation of Oyan, Asi Asaba Students’ Union – National Headquarters will continue to support the growth and development of children through impactful outreach programs and initiatives, as we have always done over the years. Although we are unable to organize our usual Children’s Day outreach this year due to the date clash with the Eid-ul-Adha celebration, our commitment towards the welfare, inspiration, and empowerment of children remains unwavering.

We are also deeply saddened by the recent kidnapping incidents involving schoolchildren in the Ogbomosho axis of Oyo State, which have created fear and pain for many families. We pray for the safe return of all affected children and for comfort and strength for their families during this difficult time.

At this critical time, we also pray for lasting peace and improved security across Nigeria. May God protect our children, guide our leaders, strengthen our security agencies, and restore safety to every community in our nation.

We encourage all students, youths, parents, and community members to continue promoting peace, unity, discipline, and love for one another as we collectively work towards a better society.

May this season bring joy, blessings, renewed hope, and prosperity to every home.

Eid Mubarak and Happy Children’s Day.
