The Samuel Chukwuemeka Humanitarian Foundation® is grateful to the Family of Rt. Hon. Barr. Uche Onyeagucha for donations they made to the Samuel Chukwuemeka Humanitarian Foundation® on Wednesday, 1th Jan. 2025 to support our humanitarian work.
Items received from the family are:
1: 2 big packets of Assure Lance - Safety Lancets.

2: 1 dozen of Assure Platinum - Blood Test Strips.

3: 3 Assure Platinum - Blood Glucose Meter

4: 20 pieces of foreign nose masks.

The Samuel Chukwuemeka Humanitarian Foundation® (SCHF) will today Saturday 21th, December, 2024 carry out Free Medical Outreach in honour of PST. AGNES ONYEAGUCHA. C. (ADA ELIJAH).
A woman who lived a life full of kindness, compassion and generosity. Your memory will undoubtedly be cherished by many.

The Free Medical Screening will cover Prostate enlargement, Malaria, etc. Using rapid diagnostic testing. In addition, our medical team will dispense needed medications, including antibiotics, antimalarial, analgestics, and other essential drugs to aid community members in accessing basic health care.
This outreach aims to reflect the values she stood for and to contribute to the well being of the community she so deeply cared for.

You're welcome to Samuel Chukwuemeka Humanitarian Foundation (SCH Foundation), a registered (CAC) NGO in Nigeria is a not-for-profit cancer care and advocacy organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to men and women living with cancer.
The Foundation was established in 2023. The focal areas of the Foundation include providing access to quality healthcare to Men with Prostate Cancer, Women with Breast and Cervical Cancer, HIV/ AIDS, vulnerable children (OVC), Community Women and widows, and other less privileged persons in the rural and urban Communities.

Our mandate is geared towards the provision of cancer information services and supportive services to those affected by cancer like fundraising for patient’s care and psychological support and support groups, with the vision to reduce the cancer burden in Africa by advocating for improved conditions of care in our health institutions.

We are passionate about cancer advocacy: by providing a platform for those affected by cancer to voice their opinions, share their stories, engage with cancer stakeholders and be influential in policy making.

Samuel Chukwuemeka Humanitarian Foundation (SCHF):
Welcome invitations from individuals, groups, communities; religious and corporate organizations to conduct medical outreaches at their various places.
