Welcome to the Rotary foundation month :Our Gift to Mankind

This Month , we celebrate Rotary Foundation Month a time to honor the incredible engine that powers our service both locally and globally.

The Rotary Foundation is more than just a fund, it is the embodiment of our collective compassion and our commitment to creating lasting change. Every time we contribute, we are not just giving money. We are:

* Providing a child with clean water and the chance to go to school

* Protectinga community from polio, giving parents the peace of mind that their children will grow up healthy.

* Empowering a future leader through peace fellowships, investing in a more peaceful world and so many other more.

This month, I encourage you to reflect on the "why" behind your Rotary/Rotaract journey. Think of the projects we've supported, the lives we've touched, and the hope we've instilled. While we walked Polio to Zero yesterday, all roads further led to City Chef Restaurant as all Imo Rotaractors, Interactors and Partners as well as beneficiaries gathered to skill-up, learn and merry in our undying desire for community economic development.

From lecture sessions to hands-on practicals 💪🏽

The making of oil perfume, liquid soap, and cake baking 😯

A lot of mixing, learning, and laughter happened 😁

And over the seas our partners in service the Rotaract Club of Informatics Institute of Technology (RID 3220, Sri Lanka) taught graphic design and photography simultaneously.

All captured in one exciting video, and of course, it could only be Rtn. Henry, our amazing facilitator that championed it 👏🏽

Rotaract and Interact Clubs in Imo State (RID9142) in partnership with Rotaract Club of Informatics Institute of Technology (RID 3220) Sri Lanka indeed pulled up a BIG STRING where over hundred indigent people learnt in-demand skills of the 21st century that include:

- Liquid Soap Production
- Caking Baking
- Graphic Design
- Photography
