What a remarkable day it was! 🌱

On 10th of April 2026 some Rotary clubs and the Rotaract Club of Owerri Metropolitan in Imo State, in collaboration with Rotary clubs of Onitsha Metropolis ,Onitsha Royal in collaboration with Ministry of Environment Owerri Imo state came together for an impactful environmental project Tagged Restoring Nature:Protecting Our Future

Trees were planted along Federal High Court axis for a greener and healthier environment.
We were honored to have our District Governor Rtn Kelechi Alozie Anyanwu Kaycee Anyanwu , as the Guest of Honor, who officially flagged off the project. His presence and support made the event even more meaningful, and alongside Mrs Seconda Okoro, Ag. Perm. Sec. , Ministry of Environment and Sanitation Imo state.

What remarkable day it was! 🌱 This initiative reflects Rotary’s commitment to protecting the environment one of our key areas of focus. Trees help purify the air, reduce heat, prevent erosion, and create a sustainable future for generations to come.
It was indeed a memorable project.

This seminar is designed to equip Club and District Officers with the knowledge, skills, and network needed for an outstanding Rotary year.
