Meet Our Faculty

Opeyemi Oladimeji is a seasoned Lawyer and Policy Development Expert with nearly a decade of experience driving governance, youth development, and social impact across Nigeria and West Africa.

From founding the Future Builders Initiative to working with the ECOWAS Commission and the National Assembly, he brings deep expertise in policy, corporate administration, institutional development, and civic engagement.

You’d think you know a lot about how well your business is compliant with the regulatory laws, until you have a conversation with a compliance officer and boy you’d be shocked.

But this was not the case at Local to Global Program (L2GP), the participants actually did sign up to learn about how to make their businesses more compliant, and our faculty Oluwanifemi Ojo, held back nothing.

Introducing the Module 3, ‘What does the law say’, which speaks to how entrepreneurs can develop legal structures for their businesses. Our faculty focused on teaching the topic ‘Building a business nobody can take from you’.

Whilst we dove into CAC registration, tax dos and don’ts in line with the new tax rules, one of the things our faculty hammered was “ignorance isn’t a protection”.

It was an all-round impactful session and the participants are better for it.

Looking forward to tomorrow, week 9 of 26weeks.

Last week was one for the books, because our faculty brought his game on… but before we spill, get to know our Faculty

We’re excited to introduce Oluwanifemi Ebenezer Ojo, a visionary entrepreneur and systems architect focused on building businesses that outlive their founders.

As the Group Chairman of Nifemi Ojo Holdings, he is known for helping entrepreneurs understand business structuring, CAC registration, and brand protection as key tools for growth, not just legal steps.

Through initiatives like The StudentPreneur Academy and NYSC – What Next, he continues to empower young founders with the right mindset and systems.

His philosophy:
“If you build it casually, it will collapse casually, but if you build it institutionally, it will outlive you.”

As a facilitator, expect practical, insightful, and action-driven sessions that will challenge you to build not just a business but a lasting institution.

Ended last-week, but felt like it shouldn’t have. Talk about one’s mind being blown out, session upon session it was mind blowing. 🤯

Started off with debunking myths about ideas we all seemed to be guilt of. Went on to teach the three circular stages in business that are more important than having an idea. Dissected how beyond demographics in business, psychographics is how smart entrepreneurs are selling their ideas, making ex*****on faster.

We even had a live session where participants talked about the ideas they are working on and their current obstacle and the faculty, made sure he addressed all, it was giving LIVE STRATEGY SESSION.

Lastly he capped it with teaching on how to build an MVP from any ideation process, it was really eye-opening.

In all, those were three weeks, totaling over 6hours of engagement well spent.

Our Founder/Executive Director speaks a whole lot about growth and quite honestly is a bedrock value proposition here .

However, if there’s something we’ve noticed, it’s how many people do not have the faintest clue on how to start that journey.

They have ideas, because of course who doesn’t... good or bad.

But after that, what next?

So, this month... our message is your ‘what next’

We created a very abridged version to share how to turn those ideas of yours into action.

Interestingly, this coincides with the module is taking at .

You should take time to read it.
