Cybersecurity is a critical issue that everyone can connect to, therefore the team decided to bring persons with special needs along while maintaining a high level of inclusivity.

The training was graced by many individuals with special needs in Ẹdẹ city.

Our devoted volunteers educated them with the necessary skills to defend themselves, recognise cyber threats, and mitigate cyber attacks.

The Osun Cyber Guard team is teaching the people of Osun how to safeguard themselves one step at a time.

7 in 10 locals must have been victims of cyber attacks.

We learned about this and other facts during our outreach today with Nigerian Union of Tailors, Iludun Area branch, Osogbo.

The tailors learned about how they can safeguard themselves against online attacks.

They expressed their excitement and understanding of cybersecurity by the OsunCyberGuard team.

They learned how to spot smishing attempts, how to create strong passwords and activating 2FA.

On to the next outreach.
