WHEN THE TIME COMES TO TRUST SOMEONE WITH THE FUTURE OF OHAJI/EGBEMA–OGUTA–ORU WEST, WHO SHOULD IT BE?
There comes a point in the life of every community when politics becomes secondary and trust becomes everything.
Campaigns will come and go.
Political parties will rise and fall.
Promises will be made and forgotten.
But one thing will always remain important: the character of the individual entrusted with the responsibility of representing the people.
This is the question increasingly occupying the minds of many citizens across Ohaji/Egbema, Oguta and Oru West Federal Constituency.
When the time comes to entrust someone with the hopes of our youths, the aspirations of our women, the development of our communities and the future of our constituency, who should that person be?
For a growing number of people, the answer continues to point towards Hon. Uche McRichard Onunaku.
Not because politics demands it.
Not because anyone is being compelled to support him.
But because trust is earned, and over time many people have come to associate his name with values that leadership requires.
Trust is built when a man remains consistent in both public and private life.
Trust is built when success does not make a person forget the struggles of ordinary people.
Trust is built when influence becomes a tool for helping others rather than elevating oneself.
Trust is built when achievement is accompanied by humility, accessibility and a sincere concern for human development.
Supporters of Hon. Uche McRichard Onunaku often point to these qualities as the foundation of their confidence in him.
They see a man who understands that leadership is not measured by titles but by responsibility.
They see a man who appreciates that public office is not an opportunity for personal enrichment but a platform for public service.
They see a man who understands that the true strength of Ohaji/Egbema–Oguta–Oru West lies not in politics but in its people.
Our constituency is blessed with hardworking farmers, ambitious young people, resilient women, skilled entrepreneurs, professionals and community builders. What these people require is representation that reflects their aspirations and protects their interests.
They require leadership capable of attracting opportunities, encouraging investment, supporting enterprise, promoting education, advocating for development and ensuring that the Federal Constituency receives the attention it deserves.
The future of Ohaji/Egbema–Oguta–Oru West Federal Constituency will ultimately be shaped by the quality of leadership its people choose to trust. That decision is too important to be based on sentiment.
It must be based on character.
It must be based on credibility.
It must be based on competence.
It must be based on a genuine commitment to the people.
As political conversations continue across the Federal Constituency, one reality is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore: many people are not merely supporting Hon. Uche McRichard Onunaku because of what he says. They are supporting him because of who they believe he is. And in leadership, there is no stronger foundation than trust.
TOGETHER WE RISE ✌️
