INDEPENDENCE; Not just a celebration but an Action.

Dear Nigerian Youth,

I congratulate you all on this occasion of sovereignty celebration as a nation.

It’s not just a celebration of the past but also a call for change and action for our future. We should all use this opportunity to learn and build our dreamed Nigeria through self-determination to shape our future. Through the active process of learning new abilities, we can become more self-reliant, capable of making decisions, and better equipped to contribute to our dear communities. This is why we have launched our ONE YOUTH, MANY SKILLS initiative to build the foundation for independence by providing our youth with the practical, emotional, and cognitive tools needed to function autonomously, secure financial stability, and enhance personal well-being and confidence.

Skills acquisition is a vital tool for reducing unemployment, contributing to microeconomic dynamics, fostering economic growth, and leading to more opportunities, reducing the likelihood of engaging in criminal activities.

Let’s think of ways in which we can contribute to the growth and development of our dear Nigeria in the years to come. Celebrating with you the pride of being a part of the nation is eternal and ever-new.

_Ignite the flame from within the YOUTH of Ondo Kingdom_

I got a call and message from Ondo East Youth Council’s President, Comrade BrilliantTommy this morning, he broke the good news of an upholstery builder/dealer from Owena who promised to partner with us in training interested youth of Ondo kingdom in his field of profession, for free.

In same vein, we are glad to remind you that nothing changes on the project schedules; form collection and submission ends 29th of September and training starts 1st of October.

In my interaction with a prosperous building constructor this morning, he promised to partner with us in training interested youth of Ondo kingdom in his field of professional, for free.

Celebrating Excellence and Independence in Skill Acquisition

This year Skill A Youth project to celebrate INDEPENDENCE will kick off on October 1, 2025 with the theme “Complementary Vocational Skills with Academics;A Way Out to Eradicate Joblessness and Gain Self-independence,” is a testament to the power of community engagement in empowering youth. By equipping individuals with skills as listed in the graphic, we can mitigate social vices and foster a brighter future.

TRAINING STARTS: 1st October, 2025
