Conditional Cash Transfer for Quranic Education (CCT-QE) is a pilot initiative officially launched to support 10 vulnerable women. As part of the program, participants are identified and enrolled in Quranic education training, with their involvement tied to specific conditions. In return, they receive economic incentives to encourage consistent participation and learning. Upon successful completion of the Holy Quran, the women will be further empowered through tailored skills acquisition programs designed to meet their specific needs. The launch of the project marks a significant step toward combining religious education with economic empowerment for women in vulnerable communities.
