World Menstrual Hygiene Day reminds us that menstruation is natural,normal and nothing to be ashamed of.

Every girl deserves access to proper menstrual hygiene, accurate information,confidence and dignity both in school and in society.

Sadly,many girls still miss classes, feel isolated or struggle silently because of stigma and lack of support. That is why awareness matters.

Through CESi Care4Her Initiative, we continue to advocate for menstrual health education,safe spaces and open conversations that empower girls to thrive without fear or shame.

Let’s teach.
Let’s support.
Let’s end the stigma.

Because period health is part of overall health and every girl deserves to feel confident,informed and proud of who she is.
