Twenty years ago, the Millard Fuller Foundation set out with a simple but bold vision: to see a world in which everyone has access to adequate housing.

Today, as we celebrate this remarkable milestone, we are reminded that our greatest achievement is not measured by the number of houses we have built, but by the lives transformed through safe, decent, and affordable homes.

Over the past two decades, we have helped thousands of families take meaningful steps toward stability, dignity, and homeownership. Together with our partners, we have pioneered innovative affordable housing models, developed thriving communities, and demonstrated that quality, climate-smart housing can be truly affordable.

Reflecting on this journey, our CEO, Arc. 🏘️🌍 Fuller Participates in CHOSA Africa 2026
The Millard Fuller Foundation was pleased to participate in the recently concluded Cooperative Housing Summit Africa - CHOSA AFRICA 2026 Summit held in Abuja, Nigeria — a major gathering focused on advancing affordable housing across Africa through cooperatives, innovation, and digital finance.

Representing Fuller at the conference were our CEO, Arc. Sam Odia, who delivered a presentation on “Delivering Cost-effective Housing at Scale: The Millard Fuller Experience”, alongside the President of the Fuller Housing Cooperative, Mr. John Olugbemi, who shared the inspiring Impact Story of the Fuller Housing Cooperative.

The summit brought together housing stakeholders, financial institutions, cooperatives, developers, and policymakers from across the continent to explore practical solutions for expanding access to affordable housing.

Key discussions focused on:

✔️ Mobilizing capital for affordable housing

🏡✨ A Full Circle Story of Hope and Homeownership ✨🏡
Earlier today, we were delighted to welcome back Victoria Obaje John-Kennedy, the very first homeowner of Fuller Center Nigeria.

Victoria moved into her Fuller home in 2006 as a single young woman. Over the years, that home became the foundation for remarkable milestones in her life. She got married there, welcomed her first three children there, and built the stability that helped her family grow and thrive before eventually moving into a larger home nearby.

Today, Victoria is a proud mother of five: Chinasa, Great Samuel, Ebube, Amaka, and Jonathan — and now runs a school in Luvu, where all her children have passed through.

Her story is a powerful reminder that safe, decent, and affordable housing is more than shelter. It creates the foundation for families to grow, dreams to flourish, and futures to be shaped for generations.

At Fuller, stories like Victoria’s continue to inspire our commitment to seeing a world in which everyone has access to adequate housing.

🎉 Fuller Housing Cooperative Successfully Hosts its 2026 AGM 🎉
We are pleased to share that the Fuller Housing Cooperative successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 7th February 2026 at the FMN Hall, Adjacent Campluvu, Nasarawa State, with strong participation from members and guests.

It was a fruitful gathering marked by meaningful discussions, leadership elections, and a renewed commitment to our shared vision of empowering members through homeownership and financial cooperation. We are grateful for the trust shown by members and congratulate the newly elected executives as they take up the responsibility of service. We also sincerely appreciate the outgoing executives for their dedication and impact.

The AGM reaffirmed our collective progress—celebrating members who have become homeowners, those who have upgraded their homes, and many more who are on the journey toward owning homes and land through the Cooperative.

Thank you to all members, partners, and guests who joined us and made the meeting a success. Together, we look forward to a year of growth, opportunity, and greater impact.
