Ruhama’ul-Ummah Charity Foundation humbly appeals to your kind hearts to support less-privileged children who are currently out of school simply because poverty has taken away their opportunity to learn.

There are children in our communities who have the ability and desire to study, but unfortunately, they have nobody to stand for them. Some have lost their parents, while others come from families that struggle to provide even the basic necessities of life. As a result, their education has been neglected—not because they do not want to learn, but because poverty has become a barrier between them and their dreams.

Every child deserves the opportunity to sit in a classroom, hold a book, wear a school uniform, and build a better future.

You can be the person who changes a child’s story.

A NEW CHAPTER OF SERVICE HAS BEGUN!!!

ALHAMDULILLAH

With profound gratitude to Almighty Allah, we are delighted to announce to the general public, our supporters, partners, volunteers, philanthropists, and well wishers that Ruhama’ul Ummah Charity Foundation (RUCHAF) is now officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria, as of 11 August 2026.

This is more than a registration. It is a milestone. It is a new chapter. And above all, it is the beginning of a greater commitment to serving humanity.

OUR JOURNEY:

The journey of Ruhama’ul Ummah Charity Foundation began as an initiative on 7 May 2022 and for various reasons, the initiative could not officially go public until 29 October 2025, when we carried out our first public outreach at Dadin Kowa Hospital, Katsina-Ala.

That first outreach was a humble beginning, but it strengthened our determination to reach more vulnerable people, restore hope, and make a meaningful difference in our communities.

Today, 12 August 2026, we proudly celebrate another major milestone: RUCHAF is now fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria.

From an idea born in 2022, to our first public outreach in 2025, and now to official registration in 2026 Alhamdulillah for the journey so far and we believe the best is yet to come.

WHO WE ARE:

Ruhama’ul Ummah Charity Foundation (RUCHAF) is established with a vision of building a compassionate society where vulnerable individuals and families can access support, opportunities, dignity, and hope.

Our mission is to reach those who need help most and contribute meaningfully to the social and economic development of our communities.

OUR MOTTO: RENDERING SERVICES/ASSISTANCE TO THE ORPHANS AND THE LESS PRIVILEGED IN THE SOCIETY.

OUR AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE:

Our work is centered on making a positive and lasting impact through:

1️⃣ Support for Orphans, Vulnerable People, persons with disabilities, and less-privileged families.

2️⃣ Education:
Supporting education through scholarships, school materials, mentorship, and other educational initiatives.

3️⃣ Healthcare:
Supporting healthcare awareness and initiatives that improve access to basic healthcare for disadvantaged members of society.

4️⃣ Community Development & Peace : Promoting social welfare, peaceful coexistence, unity, community development, and mutual support.

5️⃣ Partnerships
Building meaningful partnerships with philanthropists, organizations, government institutions, community leaders, and individuals who share our vision.

6️⃣ Compassion & Volunteerism:
Encouraging a culture of compassion, generosity, volunteerism, and service to humanity.

Ruhama’ul‑Umma Charity Foundation is excited to announce the return of our Monthly Free Barbing Programme for orphans and less privileged children in Katsina‑Ala.
After a long pause caused by unavoidable constraints, Alhamdulillah, we have resumed this noble mission of restoring dignity, confidence and smiles through a simple but powerful act: a clean, decent haircut for every child who walks through our doors.
The programme has already restarted today and will continue as our regular monthly outreach, in shaa Allah.

📍 Venue: Opposite Primary Health Center, Hausa Quarters, Katsina‑Ala

🕒 Time: From 9:00 a.m. (monthly schedule to be announced ahead of each edition)

We invite:
Orphans and less privileged children to come for a free, quality haircut
Parents, guardians and caregivers to bring children in their care
Volunteers and well‑wishers who wish to support with their skills, time or donations
Together, let us keep reminding these young souls that they are seen, loved and valued.
