*CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE ENLISTMENT OF SUITABLE QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR FIELD MOBILISATION TEAM AND APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS INTO THE CORPORATE BOARD OF STATES (CBS) OF THE MAIDEN NGO FORBES FOUNDATION FOR YOUTHS AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT*........... ........ ......

This is to formally request for more applications from suitable qualified philanthropist and professionals grounded with the requisite knowledge of the operations of NGO both locally and internationally.

This maiden call for more applications to fill in the necessary gaps is in line with the basic requirements for the INCORPORATION of international standard NGO which is in the following constituent units;
1. *Board of Directors* of the NGO (22 vacant Executive positions available at Directorate level).
2. *Board of Trustee* of the NGO (15 vacant executive positions available at Membership level)
3. *State Controller* ( 7 vacant positions available in BENUE, Kogi, Nasarawa, Plateau, Kwara, Niger and FCT Abuja)
4. *Regional Manager* (1 vacant position available in North Central Nigeria)
5. *Local Government Facilitator* ( 12 vacant positions available in the following Local government Areas, Katsina ALA, Ushongo, Makurdi, GWER EAST, GWER WEST, TARKA, OJU, Ogbadibo, APA, Ohimini, AGATU, Otukpo).
6. *Zonal Correspondence* ( 3 vacant positions available in BENUE North East, BENUE North West and BENUE South).
7. *District Coordinators* ( vacant positions available in the local government areas mentioned above)
8. *Kindred Community Engagement Leaders* (vacant positions available in the local government areas mentioned above).

Forbes Foundation for Youths and Women Empowerment is a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) established with indebt intensions to formally compliment the *Renewed hope Initiative* an NGO sponsored by the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Sen. Oluremi Tinubu CON with the core aim to assisting the less previledge and the vulnerable in the society.

The NGO is targeted at the following as beneficiaries of her well packaged programs and initiatives;
1. The aged Men & Women above 65 years
2. The down-trodden orphans, widows & widowers.
3. The physically challenged & the disabled.
4. The Vulnerable Women and Youths.
5. The Artisans & Young Entrepreneurs.
6. The indigent students
7. The Poor Farmers
8. Vulnerable Communities

The NGO collaborates with the mother NGO Renewed Hope Initiative to contribute in profering meaningful solutions to poverty alleviation through sound promotion of good policies, programs and initiatives as incentives to vulnerable people. The NGO creates more awareness for a more robust social intervention packages to cover the vulnerable communities.

The NGO collaborates with well meaning BENUE Sons and daughters of sound moral rectitude, with the needed professionalism, Technical Know-how, and robust economic power to add it's quota to the upliftment of the poor masses from the shackles of poverty, disease and hardship.

The NGO collaborates with other Nigerians both at home and in the diaspora to harness economic empowerment and agricultural revolutionary programs that will enhance a positive drive to nation building through active assistance in human capacity building for both private and community development.

The NGO promotes programs that will take the jobless youths off the streets through meaningful negotiations with the state and Federal Government for robust intervention programs

The NGO collaborates with both local and international NGOs, donor agencies and Philanthropists to boost the intervention capacity and coverage

*CORPORATE BOARD OF STATE (CBS)*

This is an organized body of the renowned NGO, FORBES FOUNDATION for Youths and Women Empowerment vested with the highest responsibility to man the affairs of the foundation from the highest Seat of power to the least responsibility in the organization.

The CBS houses amongst others, the following organs according to hierarchy of operations;
1.The State Team or Board of Directors (BoD).
2. The Board of Trustee (BoT).
3. The Field Mobilisation Team or Local Government Team (FMT).
4.The Community Leaders/Volunteers (CLV).

The duties of each organ as stated above are clearly highlighted for proper division of labour and ease of operational framework.

The four organs of the Corporate Board of States (CBS) are highlighted as follows;

1. *THE STATE TEAM/BOARD OF DIRECTORS (BoD)*
The state team or Board of Directors has the power to over see the affairs of the foundation as the highest decision making organ of the foundation. The BOD is headed by the Executive Director and has 21 other executive positions respectively.
The Principal officers on the State Team or BoD include;
1.The Executive Director (ED).
2. The Director Secretary (DS).
3.The Director Account/Bursary (DA).

2. *THE BOARD OF TRUSTEE (BoT)*
This is the second in command of the organization which stands as a pillar to support the programs, projects and initiatives brought forward by the foundation.
