Visit your wardrobe, bring out those clothes you no longer wear, even the ones that fit you so well but are just collecting dust, pack them all and give them out to people who truly value them.

Your neighbours, juniors, colleagues at work, people internally displaced, or refugees - someone out there needs what you no longer need.

What about those shoes, bags, and other items you're just keeping as memories?
