What is LEN Prep?
LEN PreP is a vaccine injection administered to an HIV negative persons .The LEN PreP is a one year vaccine which comes in a pack of two dose and a tablet and it's administered twice( first dose and after six(6) months second dose. The patient must weigh 35kg and above.

Who can access LEN PreP?
LEN PreP is for everyone that is HIV negative. Because of insufficiency of the vaccine, we have targeted population which includes;

In this insightful video, our Executive Director, Mrs Martha Akoje, demonstrates the proper, safe, and hygienic way for adolescent girls to use and manage a menstrual pad during World Menstrual Hygiene Day.

The demonstration aimed to equip young girls with practical knowledge and confidence to manage their menstrual health with dignity, comfort, and proper hygiene. Through this session, participants learned the correct use of sanitary pads, the importance of regular changing, proper disposal methods, and personal hygiene practices essential for maintaining good reproductive health.

This initiative forms part of our commitment to breaking menstrual stigma, promoting awareness, and empowering adolescent girls with accurate menstrual health information.

In commemoration of the 2026 World Menstrual Hygiene Management Day, JODED-F, Association for Orphanage and Vulnerable Children in Nigeria and BENGONET, in collaboration with SUN CSA-Nigeria and Maden Healthcare Foundation, organized awareness sessions under the theme “Together for a Period Friendly World.” The programme reached 1,000 students across four schools in Makurdi, educating them on puberty, menstrual hygiene, nutrition, and personal dignity. Sanitary facilities were assessed, misconceptions addressed, and practical demonstrations conducted on proper menstrual care. A total of 592 sanitary pads, hygiene materials, and IEC resources were distributed to support healthy menstrual hygiene management.
