Today NCD Alliance was happy to virtually meet NCD diaries from series 4 "Prevention through the Lived Experience Lens" at the reflection session.

Sharing our lived experiences is empowering and promotes collaboration. Our deepest thanks to the team that helped us advocates to become stronger voices that will represent our communities," said Mariana Gómez, one of the diarists.

14th November is world diabetic day. The non-communicable disease Alliance (NCDsA) Launched a side event for the prevention, control and management of NCDs "Nutrition for Health and not just for Growth"
Diabetes, a major NCD and major stroke risk factor can be well managed, prevented and controlled with good nutritional policies.
Enforcement of whole grain and low calorie, low sodium, high fibre, no sugar diet is more healthy for disease prevention.
Eat healthy food to lead a healthy life not just for Growth and development!
