‎Alhamdulillah, at the BYPA monthly meeting, we discussed key areas of community development, including education, empowerment, skills acquisition, WASH, anti-drug abuse efforts, sanitation, and support for vulnerable groups such as orphans. All these areas are crucial for the growth and progress of our community.
‎We carefully reflected on which of these areas should be prioritized by BYPA to ensure greater impact and sustainable development.
‎May Almighty Allah bless, and grant success to all plans and initiatives toward achieving our 2026 goals. Ameen.

BYPA Embarks on another End-of-Month Sanitation Episode

The Bulabulin Youth Progressive Association (BYPA) extends its heartfelt appreciation to all members and residents of Bulabulin for their remarkable participation in today’s end-of-month sanitation episode. The unity and dedication displayed highlight the community’s commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

The episode began at Alhaya Bulabulin, where members gathered before embarking on a community-wide sanitation drive. The cleaning team covered key areas, including Filing Bola and other parts of Bulabulin, ensuring that both public spaces and residential surroundings were thoroughly cleaned.

Residents of all ages , youth, elders, and mothers actively participated by sweeping, clearing waste, and tidying their surroundings. Their dedication made the episode both impactful and inspiring, reflecting the spirit of collective responsibility in Bulabulin.

BYPA expresses deep gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this month’s episode. The Association also calls on well-meaning individuals, philanthropists, and supporters to assist BYPA with essential sanitation equipment such as wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, brooms, gloves, and waste bins, which are vital for sustaining future episodes.

BYPA remains committed to promoting sanitation, unity, and community development.

‎BYPA WRAPS UP NOVEMBER WITH A SUCCESSFUL OFFICIAL LAUNCHING CEREMONY
‎You may recall that on Saturday, 30th November 2025, the Bulabulin Youth Progressive Association (BYPA) held its long-awaited official launching ceremony at Alhaji Garba Mulima Hall (Gidan Madara), Maiduguri. The event marked a significant milestone in the revival and repositioning of BYPA as a dedicated engine of community unity and development.
‎
‎The occasion was graced by the Three Ward Heads of Bulabulin, respected elders, political leaders, community leaders, youth groups, and other notable personalities who honoured the gathering with their presence and support.
‎
‎The ceremony began with an opening prayer, followed by a series of inspiring speeches, cultural displays, goodwill messages, and formal presentations. The atmosphere throughout the event reflected true unity, passion, and collective commitment to the progress of Bulabulin.
‎
‎In his keynote address, the Chairman of BYPA emphasized that the association is neither political nor business-oriented, but purely a community development platform driven by the aspirations of the youth. He called on members to remain united, focused, and dedicated, while appealing to government institutions and community leaders to continue supporting BYPA’s developmental efforts.
‎
‎Elders and senior community members expressed joy over the revival of BYPA and pledged their unwavering guidance and maximum support. Goodwill messages were delivered by invited guests, accompanied by generous donations from supporters.
‎

‎Presentation of Awards of Recognition

‎Interactive engagement with youth

‎Monthly environmental sanitation

‎Skills acquisition training for about 50 youths
‎
‎Enrollment of underprivileged children into school
‎
‎Participation in PVC registration
‎
‎Back-to-School awareness campaign
‎
‎Other impactful community development initiatives
‎
‎The turnout was massive and impressive, reflecting the overwhelming support BYPA continues to enjoy from the community. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, closing prayers, and a memorable group photograph.
