From all of us at YAHI MEGA KINDNESS FOR ALL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE, we join the world in celebrating World Nutrition Day!

Healthy eating isn’t about perfection — it’s about balance, variety, and small daily choices that add up over time.

What you can do today:
1. Add a fruit or vegetable to every meal
2. Choose water over sugary drinks
3. Swap fried foods for steamed or boiled options when you can
4. Eat whole grains, beans, and lentils for lasting energy

At YAHI MEGA KINDNESS FOR ALL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE, we stand with every girl and woman for safe, clean, and dignified periods.

Periods are normal. Shame isn’t. Let’s break the silence, end the stigma, and make our communities .

Together we can:
✅ Share accurate info on menstrual health
✅ Support access to affordable sanitary products
✅ Create safe spaces to talk without shame
✅ Encourage handwashing and proper disposal
