Innotech Ideation Hub is a digital innovation and skills development social enterprise based in Maiduguri, Nigeria. We exist to bridge the digital divide in Northern Nigeria by empowering youth, women, and persons with disabilities through technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to harness digital innovation to drive sustainable growth and create inclusive solutions to social, economic, and environmental challenges. We deliver:
• Practical digital skills and AI training through bootcamps, workshops, and online learning.
• Consulting and advisory services on digital transformation and professional development.
• Digital product development, helping businesses and organizations build impactful tech solutions.
• Climate action and awareness programs, promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Ideation, incubation, and acceleration support for early-stage innovators. By 2030, we aim to train over 10,000 individuals, support 500 innovators, and plant 1,000 trees, creating a digitally skilled and environmentally aware generation. We are proving that innovation hubs can thrive anywhere when rooted in community needs, culture, and inclusivity.

Our second cohort of the Training on Venture Creation and Digital Marketing for Women successfully brought together 49 women entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners for a practical and engaging learning experience. 🎉

💡 The training focused on helping participants build businesses that address local needs while using social media to promote and scale those businesses. Participants learned that geography no longer limits access to customers. 🌍 They also discovered that owning a physical shop is no longer a requirement for running a successful business. 📱 With the right strategy, social media can serve as a digital storefront that is accessible to customers across Nigeria and around the world.

🤝 The program also featured a networking session where participants connected with one another, exchanged business ideas, and explored opportunities for partnerships and collaboration to grow their businesses together.

We are proud to partner with Musharafah Innovation Hub, with support from the Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC), to deliver this initiative that is equipping more women with practical entrepreneurship and digital marketing skills. 💚

🚀 This journey continues. Next month, we will welcome another cohort of women as we expand the program's reach and maximize its impact across our communities.
