Engr. Mohammed Mallam Gana Badu, the Patron of AMG Grassroot Initiative and the Executive Chairman of Nganzai Local Government Area, has commended the leadership and members of the Initiative for their outstanding commitment to the ongoing PVC Registration Exercise across Borno State.

He described the exercise as a timely and patriotic effort aimed at encouraging eligible citizens to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), thereby strengthening democratic participation and ensuring that every vote counts in future elections.

Engr. Mohammed Mallam Gana Badu urged members of the Initiative to remain steadfast, dedicated, and united in carrying out grassroots mobilization, emphasizing that the success of any democratic process depends on the active participation of the people.

The AMG Grassroot Initiative expresses its sincere appreciation to its Patron for his encouragement, unwavering support, and confidence in the Initiative’s mission. Engr. Mustapha Gubio (AMG) has assured the Emir of Shani and the good people of Shani that, In shaa Allah, if elected Governor of Borno State in the 2027 elections, Shani will become “a little London” through massive infrastructure, development, and improved public services.

He also pledged to build on the achievements of his principal and predecessor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, by sustaining and expanding the developmental strides already recorded across the state.

EMIRS OF ASKIRA AND UBA PAY SOLIDARITY VISIT TO ENGR. MUSTAPHA GUBIO, ENDORSE RUNNING MATE SELECTION

The Emir of Askira and the Emir of Uba today paid a solidarity visit to the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate for the 2027 Borno State Governorship Election, Engr. Mustapha Gubio, FNSE, to express their support and solidarity following his selection of Alhaji Ali Isa Abdullahi as his running mate.

During the visit, the royal fathers congratulated Engr. Gubio on his choice, describing the selection of Alhaji Ali Abdullahi Isa as a commendable decision that reflects inclusiveness, unity, and a shared commitment to the continued development of Borno State.

The traditional rulers reaffirmed their support for the Gubio–Ali ticket and offered prayers for wisdom, peace, and success as the campaign progresses toward the 2027 gubernatorial election.

In his response, Engr. Mustapha Gubio expressed profound appreciation to the Emirs for their visit, encouragement, and prayers.
