(LICD) was established in October 2011 as a result of the need to raise Nigerian Youths who are R.E.A.L.-Reliable, Efficient and Accountable Leaders. This is the stage where we increase in every aspect of our lives. Such as increase in height, size, weight. We also observe new developments and expansions in our body. It’s expected that our mental an intellectual capacities should increase as well
. It’s like an ocean wave rising some meters above sea level and SURGING forward to an un-explored territory. We have discovered that most youths explore every aspect but very few explore the realm of Leadership. There is the need for a SURGE in youth leadership development.
