Curious to learn about the renowned Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award The International Award and how it operates locally, our scholars engaged in an inspiring session with the Customer Retention Lead Officer from the National Award Office (NAO) in Nigeria. The International Award for Young People Nigeria He introduced the Award’s framework, explaining how non-formal education, community service, skills development, and physical endurance complement technical learning to build well-rounded global leaders.

Equipping our youth with both 21st-century digital competencies and internationally recognized self-development frameworks is how we shape tomorrow’s changemakers!

Meet Bello Salimat, an inspiring participant of our QEDI training!

In this highlight video, she shares her transformative experience and the vital digital competencies she developed during the program:
1. She mastered how to properly prompt AI to get better results and learned what information not to trust AI with.
2. She learned how to communicate properly through professional emails and recognized how tone affects communication.
3. She explored data privacy, learning how to protect sensitive information by using a private vault.
4. She became more digitally aware and responsible in the tools she uses and how she communicates with people.
5. She connected with experienced people, great speakers, presenters, and hosts, making the entire experience very impactful for her.
