PRESS RELEASE:

NATIONAL APC CHRISTIAN LEADERS FORUM OF NIGERIA (NACLFON) CONGRATULATES PRESIDENT TINUBU ON PRIMARIES RE-ELECTION AT THE APC 2026 PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY DATED MAY 23, 2026

The National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria (NACLFON) heartily congratulates the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his re-election victory and renewed mandate to continue steering the affairs of the nation toward greater development, unity, peace, and economic transformation at the APC Primaries.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) scheduled its presidential primary for Saturday, May 23, 2026 and the Committee was Chaired by former Senate President Anyim Pius Anyim.
NACLFON commends Nigerian APC for their participation in the democratic process and describes the re-election of President Tinubu as a demonstration of the confidence reposed in his leadership by millions of Nigerians who believe in his Renewed Hope Agenda and commitment to national progress.

In a statement issued by the leadership of NACLFON, the Forum commended Nigerians for their peaceful participation in the democratic process and urged all political stakeholders to place national interest above personal or partisan considerations for the advancement of the country.
The Forum noted that despite prevailing economic and security challenges confronting the nation, President Tinubu has continued to demonstrate courage, resilience, and determination in implementing reforms aimed at stabilizing the economy, strengthening democratic institutions, improving infrastructure, and repositioning Nigeria for global competitiveness.

NACLFON particularly applauded the administration’s commitment to religious tolerance, national integration, youth empowerment, educational reforms, agricultural development, and efforts at restoring investor confidence in the Nigerian economy.
The Forum further urged the President to intensify efforts toward tackling insecurity, unemployment, inflation, poverty, kidnapping, banditry, and other socio-economic challenges affecting ordinary Nigerians across the federation.
According to the statement, Nigeria stands at a critical point in history where visionary leadership, unity, and collective sacrifice are needed to move the nation forward. The Forum therefore called on Nigerians irrespective of religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation to support the President in building a stronger and more prosperous nation.

NACLFON also charged government officials at all levels to embrace transparency, accountability, justice, fairness, and service to humanity in line with biblical principles and democratic ideals.
The Forum emphasized that leadership is ordained by God and should be exercised with humility, wisdom, compassion, and fear of God, citing Romans 13:1 which states, “For there is no authority except that which God has established.”

The Christian leaders further prayed for divine wisdom, strength, protection, and good health for President Tinubu as he begins another tenure of leadership over Africa’s most populous nation.
“We pray that Almighty God will grant President Bola Ahmed Tinubu the wisdom of Solomon, the courage of David, and the compassion required to lead Nigeria into peace, stability, prosperity, and national rebirth,” the statement added.
The Forum urges the administration to continue to prioritize policies that address inflation, youth unemployment, and security, while fostering dialogue among Nigeria’s diverse religious and ethnic communities.

NACLFON recognizes the trust placed in President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda and the mandate to continue steering the nation through its current economic and security challenges. As a forum representing Christian leaders within the All Progressives Congress across Nigeria’s 36 states and the FCT, we reaffirm our commitment to working with the administration to promote unity, religious tolerance, and inclusive governance.

NACLFON stands ready to provide counsel, grassroots insight, and mobilization support to advance national stability and development. NACLFON wishes President Tinubu wisdom, strength, and divine guidance as he continues to serve the nation. NACLFON reaffirmed its commitment to supporting policies and programmes that promote national unity, peaceful coexistence, economic growth, justice, equity, and sustainable development for all Nigerians.
About NACLFON:
The National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria is a platform of Christian political leaders within the APC dedicated to promoting Christian participation in governance, national unity, and values-based policy advocacy

WORD FOR YOU TODAY!

WHEN IT HURTS THE MOST - BETRAYAL FROM THE HELPED

There’s a special pain in being rejected by people you once lifted. You paid their fees, covered their rent, fed them, stood for them when no one else did. Then, in your low moment, they become the loudest critics.

This happens because character reveals itself under pressure. When you’re up, people cling to your light. When you’re down, only those with real loyalty remain.

Don’t let this break you. Let it refine you. Use it to audit your circle, guard your energy, and learn to give without making people your emotional creditors. Your value was never tied to their gratitude.

May God give you men that have value for you.

Word For You Today

Theme: The Definition Of Destiny

Subtheme: Why Knowing Where You’re Going Changes Everything

Destiny is not "whatever will be, will be." That is fate, and fate leaves you passive. Destiny is the divinely ordained purpose and appointed end for which God created you, unfolding through your choices, your character, and your cooperation with Him.

1. A Purpose Given Before Birth
Jeremiah 1:5 reminds us: "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you." You are not an accident. Your existence is tied to a plan older than your name.

2. An Appointed End
Destiny has a destination. God sees the finished picture while you are still in the sketch. Ephesians 1:4-5 tells us we were chosen and predestined for adoption as sons.

3. A Path Walked Through Choice
God sets the path, but you must walk it. Joseph’s destiny to preserve a nation was walked through betrayal, prison, integrity, and forgiveness.

4. A Person Shaped by Process
Who you become matters as much as what you achieve. God will delay the assignment until the vessel is ready.
Application: Sit with the Lord and ask:
1. Lord, if You wrote one sentence about why I’m alive, what would it say?
2. What areas feel wasted? Could they be preparation?
3. Am I cooperating with Your process, or resisting it?
Charge: Stop living by accident. Begin living by design.

Faith Meets Politics: NACLFON Storms Ila-Orangun to Seek Divine Favour for Tinubu and AMBO

The Osun State Chapter of the National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria (NACLFON) took its ongoing prayer summit to the Ila-Orangun residence of APC National Leader, Chief Bisi Akande. There, over 200 Christian leaders gathered to offer fervent prayers for the electoral success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO).

The summit, which saw active participation from APC executive members across the Ila Federal Constituency, focused on seeking divine intervention for AMBO ahead of the August 2026 governorship election. Intercessors also committed President Tinubu’s administration to God, praying for his victory in the next presidential race to ensure the continued delivery of the "Renewed Hope" agenda.

This inter-senatorial prayer movement, which began at the Ileri-Oluwa House in Osogbo, has already swept through 20 local government areas across the state.

Leading the session, NACLFON State Coordinator Superior Venerable Dr. Victor Ashaolu expressed pride in the forum’s growing influence. He noted that NACLFON has become a household name within the Christian community, boasting a network of over 500 bishops, pastors, and evangelists dedicated to spreading the message of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Welcoming the delegation, the APC Senatorial Leader for Ila Federal Constituency, Honourable Adeoye Adelakun, praised NACLFON’s pioneering spirit.
"This is the first time in the history of our party politics that a well-organized Christian body has emerged so boldly from within the party," Adelakun remarked. He added that the forum’s activities have already unsettled the opposition, claiming that rival parties are now scrambling to mimic NACLFON’s successful model.
