It was an epic day! 4th of June was the beginning of a movement!

We danced 💃💃💃
The Ask a Doctor booth was super impactful for the girls and teachers 🫂
Learnt from experts 💥
Had our quiz competition session 💪
And made memories 🤗

✓ 10 schools!
✓ Over 150 girls
✓ 800 sanitary pads distributed
✓ Took action by leaving a message to the government

Celebrating menstrual health is a mindset that must be inculcate6 to the next generation.

It is not all gloomy
It should not be a shameful experience
We are owning our bodies and the narrative that follows it!

‎From the very first day a young girl sees her period, the world quietly begins to expect what she will give.

‎Through the anxiety and fear.
‎Through every cycle of moods and pain.
‎Through the constant checks to avoid shame.
‎Through the careful calculations so she never misses the day.

‎The world gains because she was born with the power to give life, strength and possibility.

‎But why have we refused to pay attention to the very process that allows the world to gain so much from women?
