Society of Petroleum Engineers - Lagos Section SPE Lagos Section has over 1,200 active members drawn from different energy industries, academia and government within the Lagos region of Nigeria.

The mission of SPE Lagos Section is to collect, disseminate, and exchange technical knowledge concerning the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources, and related technologies for the public benefit; and to provide opportunities for professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. The section is also poised to Improve networking, knowledge sharing and c

ollaboration amongst young professionals, millenials, oil and gas companies and affiliated higher institutions of learning in the Section. SPE Lagos Section recently received SPEI President’s Gold award.
