Yesterday, Thursday, 1 January 2026, Ojuse Foundation, in collaboration with our partners at The Foundation, visited the _Ikoyi Medium-Security Custodial Centre_ (Nigerian Correctional Service) to appreciate the gallant corrections officers led by DSS Ogueri, PhD, with small gifts. For a role that goes beyond duty, they deliver discipline with compassion, firmness with humanity, and service with dignity.A reminder to us all that true service is often carried out far from applause…yet deeply felt where it matters most.We see you, and we appreciate you.

2025 marked meaningful progress in strengthening Emergency preparedness at community level.

Across three underserved locations, we delivered practical first-aid education, hands-on emergency response training, and essential resources to support faster, safer responses to everyday emergencies.

More than 850 people were reached, with 431 participants actively trained through inclusive and accessible learning sessions.

This work contributes to stronger local capacity, improved emergency readiness, and safer communities where preparedness does not end with training, but continues through shared knowledge and resources.
