After weeks of validating ideas, we have hit the home stretch at the RLabs Nigeria Venture i-Labs cohort 4.

We’ve moved past the validation phase and just wrapped up intensive sessions on Growth, Distribution, and Business Model Innovation. It’s been incredible to watch our healthtech and climatetech founders transition from testing assumptions to mastering unit economics and growth hacking.

Our entrepreneurs are no longer just building prototypes; they are refining the mechanics of their businesses. As we head into our final week, the momentum is higher than ever, and we’re ready for the grand finale.

Happy Workers Day.

Hope doesn't spread on its own. It needs people who carry it into community spaces, into classrooms, into sessions with young people who are still figuring out what's possible for them.

To every facilitator, mentor, ambassador, and woman in the RLabs Nigeria community. Thank you for showing up to Making Hope Contagious.

Our Head of Operations, Glory Ogbebor, recently served as a judge for the RevUp Women Initiative by Afrilabs. After weeks of intensive training, it was inspiring to watch the participants pitch their businesses and see winners selected for both business support and the coveted prize.

Witnessing the innovation these women are building and seeing how we could contribute to their individual and professional growth was a highlight for our team. We extend our sincere thanks to She Leads Africa and Elijah Moses-Iyajini Moses, who also contributed his expertise as a training facilitator during the program.

We look forward to seeing the long-term impact of this training as these entrepreneurs continue to scale their businesses and impact their communities.

Week two of the RLabs Nigeria Venture I-Labs program is all about the Validation Blueprint. We’re moving past surface-level assumptions to find the ground truth for healthtech and climatetech solutions, using our Interrogation Toolkit to drill down to the bedrock of market needs.

The goal is to find the outcomes that matter most to the user. By utilizing outcome-driven innovation, our participants are pinpointing exactly where current solutions fail, positioning their ventures where the market is most underserved.

This week is critical to ensure our entrepreneurs aren't just building products but are addressing high-importance, low-satisfaction needs. It’s been an energizing week of discovery at RLabs Nigeria as we watch them shift from "what if" to "what is".
