Why Use - Africa Exists
The Universal State of Earth Africa (USE - Africa) emerges in the 21st century as a bold response to the continent’s historic and contemporary challenges. It is conceived not merely as another institution, but as a transformative continental mission, striving to unite Africa’s peoples, harness their collective wisdom, and integrate their voices into a new planetary framework of governance, peace, and sustainable development.

A Vision Rooted in Unity and Global Citizenship

At its core, USE - Africa exists to serve as the unified supranational, suprareligious social-humanistic voice of Africa. The organization embodies a vision of planetary unity, seeking to transcend national, ethnic, and religious boundaries. Its founding mission is to create pathways for Africans to take their rightful place as global citizens Earth Citizens shaping a new world order built on justice, reason, peace, and cooperation.

Advancing a New Era of Peace and Multilateral Diplomacy

USE - Africa was established to address the persistent cycles of conflict, division, and underdevelopment by providing platforms for structured dialogue, negotiation, and peacebuilding. The organization hosts Civil-Educational Summits, Peacekeeping Conferences, and Mediation Retreats, aiming to resolve intra-African disputes and facilitate reconciliation. Through these forums, Africa’s diplomatic voice is amplified within the global Universal State of Earth, ensuring that African solutions, perspectives, and leadership contribute to planetary peace and stability.

Championing Education, Cultural Exchange, and Wisdom

A central pillar of USE - Africa is its commitment to universal civil and philosophical education. The organization believes that genuine progress socially, economically, and environmentally begins with the transformation of minds. By promoting classical philosophical knowledge, peace education, intercultural exchange, and lifelong learning, USE - Africa seeks to raise the collective consciousness of Africans, foster a culture of wisdom, and empower the next generation of ethical leaders.

Cultural exchange initiatives further bridge divides within the continent and with the rest of the world. Through art, storytelling, and heritage projects, Africa’s rich history and values become part of the global narrative, reinforcing Africa’s role as a moral and cultural leader on the world stage.

Building Sustainable Partnerships for Continental Progress

USE - Africa operates as a continental nexus for diplomatic and civil dialogue, facilitating partnerships among African nations and between Africa and other continents. By engaging with global institutions, civil society, academia, and indigenous communities, the organization promotes sustainable development, environmental stewardship, and the equitable advancement of all peoples.

Embodying Ubuntu, Resilience, and Shared Responsibility

The organization is deeply inspired by African values such as ubuntu (the belief in a shared humanity), resilience in the face of adversity, and the celebration of cultural diversity. It is these values that underpin USE - Africa’s commitment to inclusive engagement, ethical governance, and responsible leadership. The constitution mandates members to uphold these principles, participate in building new societies, and invite others to join in the journey toward a better, unified world.

Innovative Leadership and Inclusive Governance

USE - Africa is governed by the Supreme Educational, Civil and Diplomatic Council (SECDC), a body composed of leaders in diplomacy, education, peacebuilding, culture, and public engagement. This structure ensures that decision-making is inclusive, transparent, and aligned with the highest ideals of planetary citizenship.

USE - Africa is a catalyst of a new era for Africa and the world; one where peace, wisdom, and unity replace conflict, ignorance, and division. It strives to empower every African to become an Earth Citizen, ready to meet the challenges of the 21st century and beyond. Through dialogue, education, cultural exchange, and innovative governance, USE - Africa is lighting the path toward a future where Africa stands as a beacon of hope, leadership, and human progress for all.

Benue Attacks: Governor Alia Attributes Violence to Suspected Foreign Elements

The Universal State of Earth (USE), Africa, is closely monitoring the unfolding security situation in Benue State, Nigeria, following recent violent attacks in the region. In an official statement, Governor Hyacinth Alia expressed grave concern, suggesting that the perpetrators may not be Nigerian nationals.

Governor Alia cited intelligence from local communities, noting that the assailants spoke unfamiliar dialects and exhibited behaviours distinct from local groups. Reports indicate the use of sophisticated weaponry, including AK-47 and AK-49 rifles, further distinguishing these attacks from prior incidents involving local herders.

According to the Governor, these patterns point to possible involvement by individuals from neighbouring countries, such as Mali or other Sahelian nations. He emphasized that the current violence differs significantly from earlier communal clashes, describing the attackers as “hit-and-run terrorists” operating with alarming efficiency.

Key Implications and Considerations:

1. Security and Border Management

The Governor’s observations indicate the urgent need to address border security and prevent the infiltration of armed groups into Nigeria. This situation highlights ongoing challenges with cross-border movement and the proliferation of illicit arms.

2. Regional Security Cooperation

If the involvement of foreign elements is confirmed, the crisis may require an enhanced, coordinated response both at the national level and through West African regional bodies. A collaborative strategy could help address the broader threats of terrorism and transnational crime in the region.

3. Humanitarian Impact

The violence has resulted in significant displacement and loss of life. There is a critical need to strengthen humanitarian assistance, including support for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and affected communities.

4. Social Cohesion and Responsible Communication

USE, Africa, recognizes that unverified claims can impact social cohesion and potentially incite xenophobia. It is essential for all parties to communicate responsibly, prioritizing fact-based dialogue and community engagement while efforts to verify information continue.

USE, Africa stands in solidarity with the people of Benue State and reiterates its commitment to supporting peace, stability, and humanitarian response efforts across the region.
