Charlotte Muritala’s story is remarkable not simply because she is nine years old and teaching mathematics on TikTok but because of the mindset, discipline and courage she is demonstrating so early in life.

Reports say she developed a love for mathematics around age five and now teaches topics such as algebra, fractions and LCM by breaking problems into smaller, manageable steps.

You don't have to wait until you are older, richer, more educated or more experienced before you can make a difference. Start with what you have, learn what you love, practise consistently and share what you know.

Generosity means being willing to give according to what God has placed in your hands.
It doesn't mean giving beyond your ability or neglecting your responsibilities. It means refusing to let fear, selfishness, or greed prevent you from helping others when you are able to do so.

Someone may have plenty but give with a closed heart. Another person may have very little but give generously and sincerely.

It’s always beautiful to see the amazing impact DOP is making in the lives of young ladies.

Ebube joined the DOP community in March. Since then she has experienced growth and a renewed understanding of who she is.

Through DOP she has been reminded of her identity in Christ Jesus. She is learning to see herself the way God sees her and to embrace the purpose He has for her life.

Sometimes all a young lady needs is the right community and godly guidance to remind her that she is loved, valued, chosen and created for a purpose.

Jesus encourages us to develop a generous heart. Giving isn't limited to money. We can give our time, kindness, encouragement, forgiveness, resources, skills, and support.

It doesn't mean we give simply because we want God to make us rich. Rather, generosity reflects God's character and shows that we trust Him rather than holding tightly to what we have.

Through strategic programs and community engagement, DOP equips young women with life skills, leadership training, career guidance, entrepreneurship education, and spiritual encouragement that prepare them for meaningful and successful futures.

Our core initiatives include:
-School Outreach
We engage directly with secondary schools through interactive sessions that inspire girls to dream boldly, develop leadership skills, set achievable goals, and believe in their ability to create positive change.

-Church Talks and Prayer Sessions
Recognizing the importance of spiritual development, we partner with churches to organize mentorship talks, prayer meetings, and personal development sessions that strengthen young women emotionally, morally, and spiritually.

-Annual Conferences
Our annual conferences bring together accomplished female leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and mentors to educate, inspire, and empower girls through practical learning experiences and meaningful networking opportunities.

-Active Online Community
Beyond physical events, DOP maintains a vibrant online community where girls continue to receive mentorship, participate in webinars, engage in discussions, and access educational and inspirational resources throughout the year.
