The Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN) is pleased to officially publish the LIST OF YAN STATE ELECTORAL COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN 2026 CONVENTION, comprising representatives from the 36 States of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The list contains the names, states, telephone numbers and email addresses of the designated Electoral Committee Chairmen to facilitate direct communication and seamless coordination throughout the convention and electoral processes.

CLARIFICATION ON THE SALE OF NOMINATION FORMS

This is to formally clarify that the sale of nomination forms for the forthcoming Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN) Elections shall be conducted as follows:

*National Offices*

The sale of nomination forms for all National Offices and National Ambassadors shall be handled exclusively by the National Convention Planning Committee.

Approved Fees:

* National Speaker – ₦150,000.00
* Deputy National Speaker – ₦120,000.00
* Other Principal National Officers – ₦80,000.00
* National Ambassador – ₦70,000.00

*State Offices*

The sale of nomination forms for all State Offices (State, Zonal, Local Government and Wards) shall be handled exclusively by the respective State Convention Committees.

Approved Fees:

* State Speaker – ₦60,000.00
* Deputy State Speaker – ₦50,000.00
* Other Principal State Officers – ₦30,000.00

Local Government Offices
* Local Government Speaker ₦20,000.00
* Local Government Deputy Speaker – ₦15,000.00
* Other Principal Local Government Officers – ₦10,000.00

Ward Offices
* Ward Coordinator – ₦10,000.00
* Other Ward Officers – ₦5,000.00

All concerned are hereby advised to strictly comply with this directive. No individual or unauthorized body is permitted to sell nomination forms outside the designated committees.

Please Note; as Directed by the National BOT through the National Convention Committee all States shall remit N200,000 annual dues to the National Convention Committee.

INTERNAL MEMORANDUM

APPOINTMENT OF LOCAL ORGANISING COMMITTEE FOR YAN NATIONAL YOUTH CONVERGENCE, EKITI STATE 2026

This is to formally notify all members of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN) of the forthcoming YAN National Youth Convergence 2026, scheduled as follows:

1. The YAN National Youth Convergence will hold on Saturday, 25th April, 2026, by 12:00 noon at the Ekiti State Youth House, Arowolo Garden, Fajuyi, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.

2. All State Stakeholders and Ambassadors are hereby implored to liaise with Ambassador of Adamawa State, Sai’du Mohammed, regarding accommodation arrangements and any other enquiries concerning the event.

3. All State Speakers are to liaise with the Speaker of YAN Ekiti State Assembly on accommodation and any additional information or logistics related to the convergence.

4. The Office of the Speaker wishes all delegates a safe journey to Ado Ekiti, the capital city of Ekiti State.

5. Your cooperation and prompt compliance are highly appreciated.
