My name is Anthony Odesheyi, and as the Executive Director of the Temitayo Tejoun Development Foundation for Sustainable Futures (TTDFSF), I am personally inviting you to join us on a journey that is transforming lives across Nigeria and the African continent.
WHY TTDFSF URGENTLY NEEDS VOLUNTEERS.
We are a grassroots, youth-driven foundation committed to building sustainable futures through education, quality healthcare access, economic empowerment, environmental conservation, digital skills training, and community development.
Every year, we plan to reach thousands of children, women, and young people with life-changing programmes – from free medical outreaches and school scholarships to tree-planting campaigns and entrepreneurial training.
BUT HERE IS THE TRUTH: WE CANNOT DO IT ALONE.
Our resources, though growing, are still limited. Government support is inconsistent, and donor funding covers only a fraction of the need. The communities we serve – especially in underserved rural and urban slums – are vast.
To scale our impact from hundreds to millions, we need passionate hands, hearts, and minds who believe that one person’s time and talent can ignite generational change.
Volunteers are not “extra help” at TTDFSF – they are the heartbeat of our mission. They multiply our reach, bring fresh ideas, and ensure our programmes remain community-owned and culturally relevant.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR – TYPES OF PEOPLE WE NEED RIGHT NOW.
We welcome volunteers from all walks of life. You do not need to be an expert; you only need to care deeply.
SPECIFICALLY WE ARE CALLING ON:
Educators & Teachers – to mentor students, facilitate digital skills workshops, and run after-school clubs.
Healthcare Professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lab scientists) – for our free medical outreaches and health education campaigns.
Environmental Enthusiasts & Agronomists – to lead tree-planting drives, climate action workshops, and sustainable farming projects.
Business & Finance Experts – to train women and youth in entrepreneurship, bookkeeping, and access to micro-credit.
Digital & Tech Talents (content creators, graphic designers, web developers, data analysts) – to amplify our stories and build tech solutions for communities.
Youth Leaders & Students – to mobilise peers, run school clubs, and champion voter education/PVC registration drives.
Marketers, Fundraisers & Storytellers – to help us reach more donors and tell the powerful stories of lives changed.
Legal & Administrative Professionals – to support compliance, grant writing, and smooth operations.
ANYONE WITH A HEART OF SERVICE – photographers, drivers, cooks, prayer warriors, translators – every skill is valuable!
