🇳🇬 A future we build together.

Every generation has a role to play in shaping the Nigeria that comes next. Today, we celebrate our country, its people, and the everyday efforts that contribute to a stronger future.

From all of us at Ese-Tonia Foundation, Happy Independence Day, Nigeria. 💚🤍💚

Before we can support, we have to listen first.

Our team travelled to Port Harcourt to meet with widows from the Bille and Kula communities as part of our needs assessment for EmpowerHer Future's expansion. We spent time hearing their stories, understanding their daily realities, and asking what real support would look like for them.

Everything we learned here will shape how EmpowerHer Future takes root in Port Harcourt, so that when the programme launches, it's built around what these women actually need, not assumptions about what they need.

Thank you to the women of Bille and Kula for trusting us with your stories.

When we hear the 'livelihood', we usually think of a job or a paycheck. But for the women we serve, it means so much more.

Watch the latest episode of "Let's Unpack a Word" to see how a Livelihood isn't just something you have, it's something you build✨️

Join the conversation, what does Livelihood mean to you?

She never thought she could do this. Now, she’s discovered a talent she didn’t know she had. ✨

Hannah is learning event planning and decoration under Phean Pearls Academy through the Ese-Tonia Foundation.

From table settings and flower arrangements to the challenge of combining colours and fabrics, the experience has pushed her to learn, practise and discover what she is capable of.
This is Hannah’s story in Episode 9 of Through Their Hands. Link in Bio

Our Tailoring & Fashion Design beneficiaries had their own take on the trend, and the outfit change was definitely worth the catch. 👗✨

A little fun from the women behind our fashion design training. 💙

There had to be cake! 🎂😂

The children counted down, cheered, cut the cake and then did it all over again with the next group. Sometimes, it’s these simple moments of excitement and laughter that make an outreach memorable.

This was one of the fun moments from Phase 2 of our Back to School Outreach, in partnership with BuyBetter Nigeria, with support from Roadlamp Ltd, Premiovin Solutions NIG. LTD, Unitop Holding Limited, H&W Energy Ltd and Sigma Universal Nigeria Limited. 💙

In her opening remarks, our Programme & Operations Manager spoke about what made this year's outreach different and the importance of supporting widows and their children.

Phase 2 was made possible through our partnership with BuyBetter Nigeria, with support from Roadlamp Ltd, Premiovin Solutions NIG. LTD, Unitop Holding Limited, H&W Energy Ltd and Sigma Universal Nigeria Limited.
Thank you for helping us make this year's Back to School experience possible.

The children brought their energy to the group pose trend during Phase 2 of our Back to School Outreach with Best Prices in Authentic Skincare. 🎒💛

A big thank you to Roadlamp Ltd, PSNL, Unitop Holding Limited, HW Energy Ltd and Sigma Universal Nigeria Limited for supporting the outreach and helping create moments like these.
