SWIMMING IS NOT JUST FUN — IT'S A LIFE-SAVING SKILL 🏊‍♂️💙

Learning to swim should be a priority for every family. It's an important life skill that plays a key role in preventing drowning — a top cause of death among children.

At BabyOma Children Foundation, the safety and growth of our children is our priority.

We are excited to share that we got a sponsor for 20 of our children to learn swimming 🙏

To prepare them, we pleaded with our sponsor to send the swimming instructor to our centre to enlighten the children about water safety and swimming basics before the main swimming day.
The smiles on their faces said it all — they are ready to dive into this new adventure

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends swim lessons as a layer of protection against drowning that can begin for many children starting at age 1.

Thank you to our amazing sponsor for planting this seed of hope and giving our children this life-saving opportunity.
Every child deserves a chance to learn, to swim, and to live.

Life is indeed a privilege 🙏✨

We were privileged to have PROMASIDOR with Us.

They left us with funfilled memories — our children were so happy and joyful 😊💃

Storytelling.

In our quest to create a better environment for all, We narrated a story to our children titled "Eze Onye Agbalam".

The moral of the story "Giving Listening Ears" — so that they won't be disgraced, because no one knows it all. We need ourselves.👂

If the Saviour could start spreading the Gospel with just 12 Apostles, then BabyOma CF too can make the world a better place with our children 💙🧡

About yesterday in class, Uncle Lucky used this video to teach and encourage the children about not giving up in life.
Teaching BabyOma Children that, In life, No matter what looks like an obstacle, a little more effort brings us closer to success. 💪
