No matter the skill or empowerment you give to these little ones, without teaching them how to acknowledge the creator, you've only succeeded in showing them the road without directions.

The aim is to better humanity in our own little way, and make Jesus proud.

At BabyOma CF, Uncle Collins Lucky emphasized the importance of staying hydrated and healthy by drinking enough water.
The daily water intake varies by age and activity level? Generally, it's recommended:
- Women: 2700 CL
- Men: 3700 CL
- Children:
- Ages 1-3: 110-130 CL
- Ages 4-8: 160 CL
- Ages 9-13: 190-210 CL
- Pregnant women: around 2400 CL (10 cups)
- Breastfeeding women: around 2800 CL (12 cups)

Today's game session was pure joy.
Coincidentally, it's Mr. Jude Ihuoma's birthday, so we wish him long life, prosperous life and many happy returns. May God preserve him, and all other today's celebrant.

Kudos to our BabyOma CF girls for showing that women can also excel just as well as men, with little push, and consistency.(What a man can do, a woman can do better)
