In anything you do in this life, don’t let anyone or anything tamper with your mental state o. 🥺

Guard your mental health. Protect it like a baby.

Please and please, take a walk. Rest. Talk to someone. Step away when you need to, go to that event. Do whatever helps you protect your peace and stay mentally well.

Because when something happens to you, it doesn’t affect only you. The people who love you will feel it too.

Please, take care of yourself, mentally, emotionally, and physically. You matter 💧

WE DID IT! 💙📚

On Tuesday, we carried out our second Back to School Outreach, and once again, we were reminded that meaningful impact is never the work of one person.

To everyone who contributed financially, no matter the amount , thank you. Your generosity helped put school supplies in the hands of children and, more importantly, reminded them that they are seen, valued and cared for.

To everyone who supported us with prayers, thank you. We deeply appreciate every person who stood with us.

To our amazing volunteers, thank you for showing up, giving your time, energy and heart. Your presence made the day even more special. 💙

And to our wonderful collaborator, IMOLEOLUWAEMPOWERMENTFOUNDATION thank you for partnering with us and sharing in this vision. We are grateful for the opportunity to work together to make a difference.

Tuesday was not just about notebooks or school supplies. It was about kindness, hope and making children feel seen and remembered.

Every contribution mattered. Every prayer mattered. Every person who showed up mattered.

From all of us at Olomitutu Charitable Foundation, thank you for believing in what we do and for helping us put smiles on the faces of these children.

Together, we can make the world a little better, one child at a time. 💙

Sometimes, the right people simply need to come together.

Last month, IMOLEOLUWAEMPOWERMENTFOUNDATION reached out to me and asked how I felt about the idea of collaborating on a Back to School Outreach.

My first thought was, “Why not?”

We both have a similar mission , serving our communities, supporting children and creating meaningful impact. So why not come together and do more?

Yesterday, we did just that.

And I must say, it was worth it and more. 💙

It was beautiful seeing what can happen when people with like minds, shared values and a common purpose come together.

The smiles on the children’s faces, the energy of our volunteers and the joy we all felt reminded me that sometimes, impact is not about doing everything alone. Sometimes, it is about coming together and doing more.

Here’s to more meaningful collaborations and more lives touched.🤍

Tomorrow, we’ll be at Obanikoro Lagos for our Back to School Outreach 2026, in collaboration with IMOLEOLUWAEMPOWERMENTFOUNDATION

Yes, we’re going with notebooks, school supplies and other items to support the children as they return to school. But honestly, it’s about more than what we’re giving.

We want to see their smiles.
We want them to feel seen.
We want them to know that someone cares enough to show up for them.

Sometimes, it’s not the gift itself that stays with a child. It’s the feeling that comes with it , “Someone thought about me. Someone cared. Someone showed up for me.”

And that is why we do what we do.❤️

Every child deserves the chance to learn, dream and grow in an environment where they feel supported. If tomorrow we can make a child smile, encourage them, or simply make them feel like they matter, then we know the day is worth it.

We’re grateful to be doing this alongside IMOLEOLUWAEMPOWERMENTFOUNDATION and we look forward to a beautiful day of giving, connecting and creating little moments that hopefully stay with these children for a long time.

Because sometimes, making a difference isn’t about doing something huge.

Sometimes, it’s simply about showing up. 💙

Sometimes, people don’t need you to fix their problems.
They just need to know they don’t have to face them alone.

We all have moments when life feels like too much.

The bills.
The disappointment.
The heartbreak.
The pressure to keep going.
The things we cannot explain to anyone.
And sometimes, the person laughing with everyone today is the same person silently fighting to make it through the day.
That is why we need to start the conversation.
Ask your friend how they are, and genuinely listen.

Check on that person who has been unusually quiet.

Create room for people to say, “I’m struggling,” without making them feel weak for saying it.

And if you are the one struggling right now, please remember this:

You do not have to have everything figured out today.

Take it one day at a time.
Reach out.
Talk to someone you trust.
Seek professional support when you need it.

Sometimes, the most emotionally mature thing you can do is pause.

Not every situation deserves your energy.
Not every action deserves a reaction.
Not every feeling needs to become an action.

Emotional regulation is learning to feel, process, and choose how to respond rather than reacting impulsively.

This Monday, pause before you respond.
Protect your peace. Choose your response wisely. 🤍

You don’t have to change the whole world to make an impact.

Sometimes, impact is helping one person believe in themselves again.
Sometimes, it is giving someone an opportunity.
Sometimes, it is simply showing up when someone needs support.

Never underestimate the difference your kindness, knowledge, time, or presence can make.

Live in a way that leaves people better than you found them.

Because a meaningful life is not only measured by what we achieve, but by the lives we touch along the way.

Sometimes protecting your peace means creating distance.

Not every relationship needs to be maintained. Not every conversation needs a response. And not everyone deserves continued access to you.

There are people you may need to step back from, not because you hate them, but because you’ve realised that your emotional well-being matters too.

Choosing distance can be an act of self-respect. It is okay to set boundaries, choose peace, and protect the version of you that you’re trying to heal and become.

Protecting your emotional health is not weakness. It is wisdom. 💜

A New Week, A Gentle Reminder to Heal

May this week bring you the courage to choose yourself, the wisdom to protect your peace, and the grace to embrace the person you are becoming.

May you give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, feel, and heal.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. Healing is not always about having all the answers, sometimes, it is simply about giving yourself the space to acknowledge where you are and trusting that you can grow from there.

May you release what no longer serves you, set healthy boundaries where needed, and surround yourself with spaces and people that make you feel safe enough to be yourself.

Here’s to a new week, a fresh perspective, and another opportunity to choose healing, growth, and intentional living.

May you be gentle with yourself this week.
You are still becoming. You are still healing. And there is still so much ahead of you. 🤍
