WIN | FOR AFRICA - The Largest Knowledge, Value gathering and Idea crossing Festival, empowering and connecting young African Creatives across all African nations, is opening Applications for the Maiden(Pilot) edition of WIN9GERIAX.

This is after Five(5) successive outing of the WIN9GERIA | The Summit since 2019, in both Lagos and Abuja. The summit has grown to become the leading cross industry platform in Nigeria, for holistic intersectoral conversations around Nation building, Lifestyle and Vision development.

In 2022, the innovative spirit of Signature Initiatives (the organizers of Win9geria) following feedbacks and the knowledge gaps, has further created the WIN9GERIAX as another brand extension of the WIN Brand.

The WIN9GERIAX is a mentorship bootcamp, leadership challenge and idea/vision acceleration programme. It is designed to transfer knowledge, shape cultures, give credit or fund raising supports and connect Industry captains with aspiring, growing and emerging creative Nigerians. Applicants interests and creditable projects and ideas must fall into any of SOCIAL, FAITH, BUSINESS, GOVERNANCE AND CORPORATE categories of influence.

FINDING X?

It will be "Battle of X", the winning WIN9GERIAX will be one of the "Xs" in the room, who is a high performer in the bootcamp, has influence over the voting public and deliver pitches for his or her "X"ceptional and Solution for funding - projects, products, businesses that is relatable to social and human good.

Challengers will be groomed to develop capacity, through an 8-week period of virtual and physical bootcamp for Idea modelling, Business and Organizational management training; voting, house and field tasks that will test Leadership and influence of their persons and works; access to experienced mentors and membership of Africa's largest Creatives Ecosystem.

The WIN9GERIAX 2024 is currently opened to all Creatives across Nigeria including; aspiring, growing and emerging entrepreneurs, leaders, social innovators and corporates operating in any sector. Edition in Lagos is charaterized with the following:

1. KEYNOTE AND SYNDICATE SPEAKERS:
Like every other year, we select the finest of Industry captains and veterans to speak to the Theme for the Year(in this case Afronovation), connecting the theme on our syndicate message pillars (Faith, Enterprise, Corporate, Social and Governance). Each syndicate speaker, will present their speech enough to foster holistic intersectorial and cross industry conversations towards nation building and personal development.

2. PANEL SPEAKERS AND MEDIA FIRECHATS
Our panel is made of leading industry players, experts and professionals and sometimes hosting Corporate organizations who used their brand stories as a case to impact attendees and express the message captured in the year's theme.

3. AWARDS AND PRIZES FOR AFRICA'S GOOD
The newly introduced, is designed to commemorate our 5th year Anniversary of WIN9GERIA and to celebrate ingenuity out of Africa and Nigeria, either as people, organizations or products(solutions). These awardees will be selected and announced by a number of Jury and prizes and plagues will be given.

4. IDEA/VISION ACCELERATION
There is currently, an ongoing application for WIN9GERIA X (PILOT) - Which is about finding suitable applicants with ideas that can spark as a new solution out of Africa, but requires credit supports, Mentorship and training. Over 100 Applicants will be raised on stage, as the 35 qualified Candidates for the bootcamp will be announced by a board of Jury.

5. PRODUCTS ACTIVATION AND EXHIBITIONS
Like previous years, there will be product exhibition stands and brand activation physically, at the event and off the event, as part of our support to allow businesses gain some mileage of visibility at the event.

6. THEATRE AND MUSIC PERFORMANCES
Like, every other year, we love to sync our message at the Summit with Art, because we believe learning happens effortlessly in a less tensed environment and ignites an enabling environment for networking and talent showcase.
