Okay, bags are packed, uniforms sorted, Water bottles, all check ✅

But did you pray over them before they walk out?
I almost forgot this morning, almost oh 🤭 But we’re sorted now. So here goes my co-parents:

If this is your child right now, don’t panic! Stay with me👇

What you need to do this week:
✅ Pay attention to their non-verbal cues.
✅ Watch out for other signs like problems eating or sleeping.
✅ Physical symptoms (stomach aches, headaches).
✅ Notice their response when you mention school or friends. Do they avoid the conversation?

While these signs on their own can occur for many other reasons, they’re definitely worth your attention.

In my next post, we’ll discuss what to do if you’re worried this may be happening.

Let’s be honest! 🤔

How many times have you heard “I’m bored” since the school gates closed? If you’re like me, you’re probably trying to lead a meeting or hit a deadline while the house feels like a creative junk yard 😭😭

You see, this holiday chaos thing is real! One minute you’re feeling guilty about the screen time and the next, you’re just trying to find a quiet corner to breathe. We want to be present, but we also have a life to run. There’s money to be made, abi won’t we pay the bills? 💰

I’ve been there, done that. However, you and I know we’re not having a “kid problem”. What we have is an empty space problem. When there’s no plan, chaos fills the gap.

That’s why I designed a plan I call “My Kids & I Holiday Flow.” It’s the loop I’m currently using to reclaim my morning focus while making sure my kids are seen and engaged.

This one is a very simple schedule that’d help us move from surviving the holidays to actually enjoying the people we’re building this legacy for.
