CACL is a subsidiary of City Planner Property & Investment Limited (CPPIL) established to midwife and manage various agricultural cultivation and investment endeavours of the CPPIL group. CACL operates by acquiring contiguous agricultural farmlands and establish farm settlements complete with infrastructures and further offers farm management support services to aid returns on investment.
CACL has acquired 100 acres of rich farmland in Epe Local Government area for Crops and Livestock farming. A large portion of this farmland is being offered to subscribers as farmland investment products under this scheme.
CACL is leveraging on the broad experience of CPPIL in land scheme subscription to thousands of clients over the years to offer this subscription based agricultural land investment products to the general public.
