Mrs. Adedoyin Ogunmefun is a certified Relationship, Marriage, and Family Counsellor, entrepreneur, and transformational coach with a passion for helping individuals and families build healthier, purpose-driven lives.

She is the Founder and CEO of Deemef Beauty and the Lead Counsellor at Purity Counselling, where she offers faith-informed, practical, and life-transforming guidance to individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s most important relationships.

She is deeply committed to excellence, integrity, and continuous growth. Her mission is to help people experience healing, clarity, and sustainable transformation across relationships, family systems, business, and career.

She also serves as an Executive at The Lord’s Lady Fellowship and the When Women Pray Community here in Lagos, contributing significantly.

Our 6th speaker is not just a businesswoman — she is a builder of people, families, and systems.

Mrs. Olabisi Oni is a business expert, executive leader, and passionate advocate for intentional parenting. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and is the founder of Fetosoigne Outfit, a fashion brand committed to helping individuals look stylish while staying within budget.

Beyond business, Olabisi is the founder of Value Adding Parents, a platform through which she has spent over five years equipping parents with practical tools to raise value-driven children. She is a familiar voice on TVC’s Parenting TV Show and on radio, where she shares transformative insights on family, leadership, and intentional parenting.

Within ESOB Heroes, she is not just faculty — she is a pillar. She manages teams with dedication, has overseen the Inspiring Change Community with excellence, and is an award-winning member of the Inspiring Change Planning Committee.

Today, she will be sharing her story of growth — from business to leadership to influence — and how intentional living produces sustainable impact.

We began with a grounding and empowering session led by Mrs. Taiwo Asirvo, our Faculty Director, who set the tone with clarity, structure, and alignment. She reminded the women that growth requires responsibility, discipline, and intentional participation.

Then came a deeply moving and vulnerable session from Arch. Kehinde Daramola.
Through her real-life story of loss, rebuilding, and rising again, there were tears in the room — but not tears of defeat. They were tears of release, healing, and renewed hope.
Her journey reminded every woman present that pain does not have the final say. Purpose does.

Our wellness session with Mrs. Doyin Ajayi brought emotional intelligence and practical tools to the forefront. She helped participants understand how to manage stress, protect their mental space, and build resilience while navigating business and life. It was expository, practical, and deeply transformative.

Then our very own First Lady, Sunmbo Adeoye, brought us into business clarity and accountability. The business assessment session was practical, diagnostic, and eye-opening. There was energy in the room — the kind that comes when confusion clears and direction becomes sharp.

Assignments were reviewed.
Blind spots were corrected.
Strategies were refined.

And the testimonies say it all.
