Happy Father's Day.
To every father, every man who has quietly carried the weight of others, today, we celebrate you.
You have shown up even when the road was hard. You have given when you had little left to give. You have held families together, protected those you love, and kept going even when no one stopped to ask how you were doing.
Today, we ask, and we mean it: How are you?
Men are human too. Strength is not the absence of struggle; it is the courage to acknowledge one when it arrives. Too many men walk through life shouldering stress, anxiety, and pain in silence, believing it is what they must do. It does not have to be that way.
Good mental health is not a weakness to avoid. It is a foundation to build on. A healthy mind makes a better father, a better partner, a better friend, and a better man.
So today, on this Father's Day, we celebrate every man, the celebrated and the overlooked, the supported and the abandoned, the visible and those standing alone in their struggle. You are seen. You are valued. You matter.
To all men everywhere: take care of yourselves. Reach out. Rest when you need to. Ask for help without shame. Your wellbeing is not a luxury, it is a necessity, and you deserve it just as much as anyone else.
Good mental health is for all. Happy Father's Day.
