Introducing FEAT Foundation
Opening
Hello everyone. My name is Samuel Owolabi, a man graced by God to be a blessing to this generation. Today, as promised, I would like to formally introduce the FEAT Foundation to you and share the story of how this vision began.
Introducing the Foundation
The Felicia Aduke Titilayo Foundation, also known as FEAT, is a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization established to provide social, economic, and educational empowerment to widows, orphans, and the less privileged across communities in Nigeria.
By the grace of God, the Foundation was officially incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on June 26, 2025.
FEAT Foundation was founded in honor of my beloved mother, Deaconess Felicia Aduke Titilayo Owolabi, who passed on to glory on July 5, 2012, and was laid to rest on September 21, 2012. She was a devoted lover of God—known for her compassion, hospitality, and unwavering commitment to humanitarian service.
Her life of kindness, generosity, and selfless giving continues to inspire everything we do at FEAT Foundation.
Driven by faith and compassion, our mission is to restore hope, dignity, and opportunity to vulnerable individuals, enabling them to rebuild their lives and secure a sustainable future.
How the Vision Began
In 2019, God placed a strong burden on my heart to reach out to orphans, widows, and the less privileged. As I meditated on this burden, I received the leading to start a foundation in honor of my late mother and the legacy she left behind.
But at that time, I wasn’t sure if it was the right moment. I shared the idea with one of my spiritual leaders, and his response made me set it aside for a while. Perhaps the vision was for an appointed time.
Fastforward to 2025, as I prepared to celebrate my 40th birthday, the burden returned—stronger than ever. Yet, I was in a season of deep uncertainty. Life was happening. Resources were tight. The timing felt completely wrong.
Still, on April 1, 2025, I began making inquiries about orphanages to visit and supplies to donate. On April 18, I reached out to my home church to ask how we could support the widows.
Then, on April 19, 2025, at exactly 5:33 p.m. EST, I received a message from one of my spiritual fathers:
“God said you should start a charity foundation.”
That message brought the conviction and confirmation I needed.
Despite the imperfect timing, I continued with the arrangements. On April 21, I contacted a lawyer to begin the registration process. And to the glory of God, everything came together.
Our inaugural outreach was held on May 29, 2025, where we visited the Nigerian Red Cross Society Orphanage (Lagos State Branch) and supported widows in my home church. The official registration was completed in June 2025.
Let me say this:
The usual template for starting a foundation is to become established, and have significant financial resources. But God’s template for me was different. He had me start from a place of sacrifice.
The ways of God are higher than our ways.
He uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. 1 Corinthians 1:27
And it is God who works in us both to will and to do of His good pleasure. Philippians 2:13
A Word About My Wife
When God wants to help a man, He gives him a good wife.
None of this would have been possible without the support of my wife, Omolola. She is not just a wife—she is the mother God gave me after I lost my biological mother.
If the departed can see from heaven, I can boldly say:
Mummy, your “Olori” as you fondly called her, is doing very well.
She stands beside me, supports the vision, and complements me in every way.
If you are looking for a man who has been helped mightily and marvelously by God, it is me.

James 1:27 — Pure religion is to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction.
Proverbs 19:17 — He who gives to the poor lends to the Lord.
Our Annual Outreach
In honor of my mother’s legacy, May 29th—her birthday, which also happens to be mine—has been dedicated as our annual day of outreach.
Our first outreach took place on May 29, 2025, and by God’s grace, we aim to expand our reach this year. I received divine instruction to reach out to family and friends to be part of this year’s outreach, and I will continue to share that message.
A Note of Encouragement
To someone reading this today—someone whom God has been nudging to start an assignment, a mandate, a business, an outreach, or a ministry—yet you are waiting for full clarity or the perfect time…
Hear me:
Take one step at a time.
Signs do not go before you—signs follow. Mark 16:17a
Do not wait for the perfect time; move at the appointed time.
The vision is for an appointed time, not a perfect time. Habakkuk 2:3
When I started Kairos Moment, I didn’t have everything figured out. I didn’t know how the editing would happen. I didn’t even have a logo. But as I obeyed, God led me step by step—line upon line, precept upon precept.
Someone listening to me right now needs to start their assignment so they do not miss their Kairos moment.
The King’s business requires urgency.
• When God appoints you, He ensures you are not disappointed. Romans 10:11
• When God calls you, He gives grace so you are not disgraced.
• When God gives a vision, He makes provision.
• Start from where you are and with what you have. Even if your beginning is small, your latter end shall greatly increase. Job 8:7
Jesus asked His disciples, “When I sent you, did you lack anything?” Luke 22:35
The answer was No.
So, take that step. Act in obedience. Move when God says move—even if everything around you looks imperfect.
The sign follows the step of faith.
Start that vision. Start that business. Start that assignment.
When God says it is the appointed time, that is all that matters.
