MEET OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
Ozofu Olatunde Ogiemudia is the Deputy Managing Partner at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, where she leads multiple practice areas including General Corporate Advisory, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Private Wealth, Employment, Competition, and Pro Bono services. Renowned for her versatility and deep legal insight, she advises on private equity, M&A, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and labour law.
Ozofu chairs the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA SBL) and has played a leading role in shaping Nigeria’s corporate legal framework, including chairing the technical committee that drafted the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020. She has also held key positions with NASSBER and the Nigerian Economic Summit.
Under her leadership, the firm’s pro bono practice has earned prestigious recognitions, including the Thomson Reuters TrustLaw Collaboration Award (2018) and Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation Award for Africa (2020, 2022).
She is consistently ranked among the IFLR1000 Women Leaders (since 2018) and recognized as a “Highly Regarded Lawyer” and “National Leader” in M&A and Governance by IFLR1000 and Who’s Who Legal. She is also listed as a key lawyer by Legal 500 EMEA.
